Rental Policies Cancellation Policy: All cancellations, other than weather-related as described below in the Weather Policy, must be made at least 15 days prior to your event or be subject to forfeiture of the reservation deposit. Delivery Policy: Free delivery, setup, and takedown in 27514, 27510, and 27516, otherwise a delivery fee shall be imposed. We travel up to a 20-mile radius of Chapel Hill, NC. Bouncer Set Up Location Policy: IF THE SET UP LOCATION IS INACCESSIBLE (ex. requiring stairs or a very steep hill to access the set up location), we will not set up the bouncer in that location. Weather Policy: In the event of bad weather, you will be given the option to cancel 2 hours prior to the event and receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations due to weather will only be accepted on the day of the event. Bounce 'N Fun!, Inc., will not set up equipment in rain, snow, high wind, muddy conditions, or temperatures below 40° F. It is strongly recommended that you reserve an alternate indoor location for your event (such as a church or school gym). If you choose to have us come and we are unable to set up due to weather conditions (rain, snow, wind, mud) you will forfeit your deposit. Once we have begun setting up the equipment, you are then obligated to the full rental purchase. Standard Delivery: A standard delivery is defined as an outside delivery with access to the set up location equivalent to handicapped access. Standard delivery does not include going up stairs with inflatables and heavy equipment as most units must be wheeled on carts. Our delivery vehicle must be able to be parked for unloading, and pickup, within a reasonable distance from the set up area (generally no more than approx. 150ft to qualify for standard delivery). Standard delivery does not include traveling up or down steep inclines with our equipment. If you do not qualify for standard delivery, we are unable to set up a moonwalk, with the exception that if our delivery vehicle has to be parked further than 150ft from the set up area an extra charge will be applied. Deposits are forfeited if we arrive and cannot set up due to non-standard delivery. Right of Refusal: Bounce 'N Fun!, Inc., reserves the right to refuse to complete any event that has the potential to cause damage to its equipment. You are still obligated to pay the full rental purchase; deposits or other fees will not be refundable. |
